Processing of the booking
Upon request, you will receive a non-binding offer with a reservation for 2 days via e-mail with all details concerning the booking. If you agree to this, please transfer the amount listed in the offer to the specified account. Thus, your booking is binding and you will receive immediately after receipt of the deposit on our account, a booking confirmation stating the balance.
In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the deposit will be kept.
The cancellation conditions listed below apply:
For the rental loss is to pay as follows:
up to 4 months before departure 10% of the rent
up to 2 months before departure 20% of the rent
up to 1 month before departure 50% of the rent
up to 3 weeks before departure 70% of the rent
up to 2 weeks before departure 80% of the rent
from 13 days before departure 100% of the rent.
In case of cancellation, the processing costs will be € 50, -.
If you have booked a flight that arrives shortly after midnight (mostly flights from Madrid), you can not move in until 16:00. Therefore, if you do not need to spend the night at the airport, you should book one day in advance. So you can move in immediately after arrival. Please note this when booking.

Cancellation of the customer or non-arrival of the trip can not be refunded.
The renter is entitled to name a replacement person for the rental period.

Entry and exit times
Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival. If this time can not be set, we ask for a message.
Unfounded waiting times of our staff (in case of failure to meet the agreed date) are charged at € 20, – / hour.
Late check-in after 21:00 will be charged with a surcharge of € 30, -.
Excerpt (check out) must be done by 10:00 am on the day of departure. On the day of departure, the cleaning staff must have access to the object from 10:00. Otherwise, contact the administration +44 7723 727088 to book another day. Usually, however, other times are possible for moving in and out on request. You can also set your luggage at any time.

Use of non-booked bedroom
Many of our multi-bedroom properties give guests the opportunity to book cheaper. For houses with e.g. 4 bedrooms, you can book only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom which is of course cheaper. You only pay for what you have booked and use. If you want to rebook and book additional bedrooms please ask us for an offer.
However, if you use non-booked bedrooms, we will charge you the difference.
Toddlers up to 2 years in the parent’s bed sleep for free.
Cot and high chair are available for € 5, – / day if available.
You take over the object cleaned on the day of arrival. If, contrary to expectations, the object is not clean, please complain immediately under our hotline +44 7723 727088 to remedy the situation. Final cleaning of you is not required.
Intermediate cleaning is possible on request and at an additional cost.
Bed linen for change is available in the property and is to be changed by yourself. Please do not wash any linen or towels from the object. The dirty laundry you deposit in the laundry basket. This is picked up weekly by appointment and exchanged for clean linen.u do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site.
