The Tenerife Finca Los Pajaritos alto is in a beautiful and quiet location on the southern slope, a gem away from mass tourism. It is one of the most beautiful and popular finca holiday complexes in the south of Tenerife with a garden. The complex includes 5 holiday homes on a park area of approx. 3.000 square meters. As a result, each house has enough space to the other houses. Gardens are laid out between the houses. All houses of the Tenerife Finca Los Pajaritos have terraces with a beautiful sea view towards La Gomera. There is also a chicken coop to provide guests with fresh organic eggs.

Children up to the age of 8 for a flat rate of EUR 15 per night. There is no charge for a baby under 2 years in the parents’ bed. A baby bed provided in the master bedroom is charged at € 3.00/night for babies up to 3 years of age. Possibility for 2 baby beds are available. Children’s high chair is provided free of charge.

Christmas surcharge of 20% on the rental price (= € 720/night) from December 20th to January 6th and during this period we charge a minimum rental period of 10 days. In the high season from 20.12. – 06.01. and Estern from 04.04. – 30.04. are no discounts granted. Discounts cannot be combined.

We advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance .

Tijoco

The town of Tijoco, in the municipality of Adeje, consists of a settlement of about 20 farmhouses spread over a ridge. The site is only 300 meters from the main road via a paved road. The west side of the island is sunny and lies in the lee. The climate is very stable there.

The next town ” Guia de Isora ” or “Tejina de Guia” is about 4km away. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the sea in Playa San Juan.
El Jaral is a good location for hiking, especially since the hiking trail to the abandoned village of Las Fuentes starts right at the finca. And it’s not far to the Teide National Park. There you will find a variety of signposted hiking trails.
With the new extension of the TF1 motorway, the place can be reached quickly. You only need about 40 minutes by car from TFS Airport.
