 This elegant villa is located directly on the sea with a wonderful view over the Atlantic and to La Gomera.

Playa San Juan is a former small fishing village, which has developed into a popular place to live in recent years. It's not yet overrun with tourists. National and international restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Internet reception via W-Lan with a fast fiber optic 1Gb line is available throughout the house.

There is no charge for a baby under 2 years in the parents' bed. A baby bed provided in the master bedroom is charged at € 3.00/night for babies up to 3 years of age. Possibility for 2 baby beds are available. Children's high chair is provided free of charge.

Christmas surcharge (20.12. - 06.01.) and Easter surcharge (04.04. - 30.04.) results in a rental price of € 414.00/night and during this time we charge a minimum rental period of 10 days. No discounts are granted during these seasons. Discounts cannot be combined with special offers.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

On the mezzanine floor is the main apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A bar with various glasses and a large living room closet complete the facility.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, espresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and microwave. A wet bar separates the kitchen from the living room and also serves as a hatch. Dishes, pots, pans and cutlery are plentiful. The kitchen has a door to the side terrace. There is the brick charcoal grill and a sink.

There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Ironing board and steam iron are available.

The living room has great sea views and a panoramic sliding door leads to the terrace with a heatable pool. There are 6 sun loungers to relax on and a shower right by the pool. An electric sauna ensures wellness and a Kettler Home bike offers physical training.

A staircase leads to the roof terrace. There is seating and a parasol.

Here you have a 180 degree clear view of the entire west coast. The ideal place to recharge the internal batteries.

The master bedroom has a bed with electric adjustment and a mattress size of 0.90m x 2m and a bathroom en suite with shower, toilet, double vanity and bidet.

A wide sliding door leads to the terrace with pool and sea views.

A staircase leads to the basement with a granny flat with living room, couch with table and large TV.

A bottle fridge with fine wines is available for use.

This is filled up once a week and consumption is billed according to the price list.
